We are also the first Charles Wells site to get their ‘BIG’ award (Best in Glass). This was following rigorous assessment of quality across the board with all things drink related such as cellar maintenance, beer quality, bar maintenance – hygienic glasses, etc

Event bookings
Our lounge bar is ideal for funerals, christenings, receptions, birthday or celebration parties. We have done a few to date and its worked rather well. We often provide DJ’s for disco party events (usually Birthdays) in the public bar too. If its a good night (they bring the numbers in) the DJ is on us. We also provide tailor made buffets for all budgets.
